Geplapper vorne weg:<\/strong> Wie ist eurer Leseverhalten momentan? Meiner, aufgrund von Mental Health, die total einknickt, eher mau. Das Bestellen\/Kaufen funktioniert aber super. Wie immer also. Rezension<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

„Papercuts – Paperscars“, von Katie Weber, ist der Abschlussband der Dark-NA-Geschichte und wurde sehnlichst von mir erwartet, vor allem nach dem Cliffh\u00e4nger des ersten Bandes.
Muss ich noch Katies einvernehmenden, emotionalen Schreibstil erw\u00e4hnen und wie ich ihn liebe? Ja? Dann hier nochmal. Katie hat mir mit diesem Buch wieder einmal bewiesen, warum sie so starke, d\u00fcstere Romanceb\u00fccher schreiben kann. Der Plot der Geschichte war originell, eine Achterbahnfahrt an Gef\u00fchlen, manchmal leise hervorgekitzelt und dann wiederum mit Schl\u00e4gen. Bewegte sich auf einer moralischen Linie, die durch Glauben und Gewalt verst\u00e4rkt wurde. Es war gro\u00dfartig. Und auch angsteinfl\u00f6\u00dfend, da es viel das Setting beeinflusste. Cleo, als unsere Protagonistin und Kennedy, als unser Protagonist, mussten erneuert viel auf sich nehmen, gegen H\u00fcrden ank\u00e4mpfen, \u00fcber sich selbst wachsen und ihre \u00c4ngste verwenden, um gegen die allgegenw\u00e4rtige Dunkelheit zu k\u00e4mpfen. Mit jeder Seite, jedem Wort. Dadurch lagen so manche Tatsachen und Entwicklungen schwer auf dem Magen. Auch Situationen, die mich fassungslos und ungl\u00e4ubig machten. Am Ende bew\u00e4ltigten die Charaktere diese auf ihre Weise. Der Spannungsbogen war von Anfang bis Ende hoch und lie\u00df mich das Buch innerhalb eines Tages inhalieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fazit. Der Ph\u00f6nix war aus seiner Asche auferstanden, hatte die Welt mit seinen Fl\u00fcgeln aus Feuer und Hitze in Brandt gesetzt und sich auf seine Feinden herabgest\u00fcrzt, die versucht hatten, ihn zu b\u00e4ndigen. Absolute Leseempfehlung!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
