Geplapper vorne weg:<\/strong> Meine Gef\u00fchle zu Crescent City sind… sehr gemischt und zum Teil auch nicht positiv. Ich wei\u00df nicht wirklich wie ich es beschreiben soll, aber das Buch war nicht das, was ich mir erhofft hatte. So gar nicht. „Crescent City – Wenn das Dunkel erwacht“, von Sarah J. Maas, ist der Auftakt ihrer neuen Fantasyreihe, den ich sehnlichst erwartet habe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, da fangen wir mal an in das Buch rein zu kriechen. Sarah J. Maas hat wieder hier gezeigt, das sie schreiben kann und das vor allem auf eine Art und Weise, die unter die Haut geht. Au\u00dferdem baute sie hier ein wirklich gutes Grundger\u00fcst f\u00fcr eine neue Welt auf, die viel Platz f\u00fcr Drama, Gesetze und Entwicklungen bereit hielt, die mit den Erz\u00e4hlstr\u00e4ngen verwoben waren. Da muss ich Hut ab sagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aber! Die Charaktere waren f\u00fcr mich etwas schwierig und ich konnte auch keine wirkliche Verbindung zu ihnen aufbauen. Die Hauptprotagonistin und der Love-Interest waren auch nicht meins und oft Mals tat ich mich mit ihnen, ihren Emotionen und Gedanken sehr schwer. Die Spannungskurve war unausgeglichen und hob auch erst fast am Ende ab. Und jetzt kommen wir zu dem Punkt, an dem ich die meiste Kritik \u00fcbe. Die Story. F\u00fcr meine Verh\u00e4ltnisse waren die gestreuten Brotkrummen, der Werdegang des Falls und die Aufl\u00f6sung sehr langatmig. Der gro\u00dfe Plottwist war f\u00fcr mich nicht vollst\u00e4ndig schl\u00fcssig und ich h\u00e4tte mir gew\u00fcnscht, das er eher hervor gekitzelt wurden w\u00e4re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

„Crescent City – Wenn das Dunkel erwacht“, von Sarah J. Mass, lie\u00df mich mit sehr gemischten Gef\u00fchlen zur\u00fcck. Zum einen war ihr Schreibstil Bombe und der ganze Weltenaufbau komplex, anbetungsw\u00fcrdig und voll meins. Aber! Ich kam nicht mit der Hauptprotagonistin sowie ihren Emotionen und Entscheidungen klar. Auch war mir der Love-Interest zu platt, nicht greifbar genug und einfach nicht meins. Die Spannungskurve war f\u00fcr mich unausgeglichen und der Werdegang der Story langatmig und wie z\u00e4her Kaugummi. Au\u00dferdem war f\u00fcr mich der gro\u00dfe Plottwist nicht so ganz schl\u00fcssig und ich h\u00e4tte mir gew\u00fcnscht, dass er mehr hervor gekitzelt wurden w\u00e4re. Fazit, naja… Ich hatte so manchen Probleme mit dem Buch und ich will Sarah J. Maas nicht schlecht reden, da ich vor allem Throne of Glas Liebe, aber von mir kriegt dieses Buch keine Empfehlung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
